Statement – Diaspora Programme
Regretfully, the Rákóczi Association has been and remains unable to welcome young visitors to Hungary within the framework of its Diaspora Programme due to the pandemic situation. In the early summer, we were hopeful of being able to receive visitors from diaspora communities to our autumn programmes.

Because the virus hasn’t passed away and with borders remaining closed, we have no choice but to cancel our programmes scheduled for the autumn and Advent.
We trust that during the next summer, we will be able to welcome Hungarian youth from all parts of the world in unprecedented numbers and meetings and camps postponed this year will be made up for.
I wish you a successful curricular year and good health in the hope of meeting you in person soon.
